Gravity Fed Systems:
If you live in an older property, there’s a good chance you have a low-pressure gravity-fed system. This shower valve requires a minimum pressure of 2 bar therefore we recommend installing a negative or universal pump (sold separately). Please note: Positive pumps will not work.

Pallet Delivery
- A pallet service is required on larger items.
- The standard pallet service time scale is an estimated 4 to 6 days.
- When your order is processed and given to our courier, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Our standard pallet service offers delivery to the kerbside, couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property.
